Just had the most amazing experience with Kevin at Paris Optique in Old Town / South Scottsdale! My stepmother is on hospice and they keep losing her glasses! I want to get her 2 back up pairs but needed her prescription. Kevin remembered who my stepmother was and he was beyond amazing!! He help me find her Optometrist is Tempe and guided me thru how to get some extra pairs of glasses for her! He was so patient, incredibly kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable!! It’s been a hard journey for me trying to help my stepmother and Kevin had the most positive impact on me today!! He renewed my faith that people truly care about their clients and will go above and beyond to help them… especially when they are in a position where they can’t communicate and need their family to advocate for them!! Kevin is an amazing and irreplaceable asset to Paris Optique! I’m grateful that I got to experience his dedication and kindness today!!

I've been going to Paris Optique for 30 years! Was very happy when they opened and remain a happy customer now! I've moved from returning to glasses from contact lenses to using glasses, to progressive lenses, etc. Love their Lindberg frames especially! It's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it and people who work at Paris Optique are tremendously helpful and insightful! When I have had minor issues that needed fixing I've even mailed them my glasses and they've taken care of it and mailed them back!

After purchasing multiple frames from Paris Optique, I can say without a doubt that these people know what they're doing and are of the utmost professional. Steve Tomey really knows his stuff. I had multiple terrible experiences in Tucson where I live with buying and fitting my Lindberg glasses at the local shops to the point that I chose to travel all the way to Phoenix to get glasses here and let me tell you; I don't regret my choice! If you go to other shops, they may probably not have the skills and expertise to assist you because these glasses are like a sculpture with multiple moving hinges and joints as well as options and measurements to account for. You need a true artisan or craftsman to work on these frames. If anything is off or misassembled, it's apparent to see. So, take my advice and don't risk your eye health and mental stability going to the wrong professionals. Not just anyone can work on these glasses. I even had some silly questions after the purchase because I was confused, and they were happy to respond and provide clarity. These are the best glasses I've ever had.

Fanny has been the go-to Optician for my family and myself for probably close to 20 yrs now. She and her staff have always been absolutely wonderful to work with. She hires the best talent from every experience I've had at her different locations over the years.

This last month I was in town for only a day and had a very narrow timeframe to have two Rx glasses filled as well as pick out a rimless custom shape. With a tricky Rx lol.

Kevin had me in and out in under an hour, and I just received my frames this last week. I'm ECSTATIC with all three! And we're talking custom tint, progressive lenses and a custom designed rimless lens shape.

Anyone complaining about return policies - I'm glad I'll never have to worry about being sold used eyewear from this boutique. And I hope they fired the employee who told a customer that polarized lenses are a scam. Any half decent Optician knows the role polarized lenses play in eliminating glare. Sheesh.

Lastly, please think about leaving your small children at home. I have personally rescued a child from almost being toppled by a heavy display at a retail store that they were rocking back and forth, only to have the completely detached parent berate me after. Ugh. (Yes I read all the reviews before posting.)

We stopped by while visiting family nearby and were utterly impressed! My husband who has a powerful script and hates thick lenses, resulting in him overusing contact lenses, was particularly pessimistic. We were assured however that not only can he have ultra-thin lenses, but that they can also be done with progressive and photochromic AND that he can choose an ultra-light frame. He chose an ic! berlin super thin frame and learned that his previous lenses, from a run of the mill eyewear store, were not measured exactly for the position of his eyes, which greatly affects his sight. We learned that exact measurements are crucial when working with a progressive lens. I on the other hand, have a simpler eyesight issue, and was more concerned with getting a pretty set of glasses that would frame my face well for Zoom Calls – yes there is such a thing as a Zoom Face! We learned a ton that day, loved the personal attention Fannie and her assistance gave us, and were thrilled when the glasses arrived. We love love love our glasses and highly recommend the store!
