Estoy muy contentas con mi lentes y la buena calidad y la atención que me brindaron. Quede muy impresionada con la variedad de diseños que había para escoger. Estaba muy nerviosa al encontrar una nueva óptica pero desde el momento en que entré, el personal fue muy amable y me ayudó a elegir las gafas adecuadas para mis necesidades. En especial samara , es la chica joven que me atendió. Fue muy dulce y efectiva en mis necesidades. El proceso de examen visual fue muy profesional y detallado, lo que me dio confianza en la calidad del servicio.La entrega de mis gafas fue rápida, y la calidad de los lentes es excelente. Ahora en adelante será mi óptica preferida.

From the get go Samara went the extra mile and I appreciated the way they answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, making me feel truly valued as a patient. It’s clear that they genuinely care about eye health, and their expertise was evident throughout the consultation. They were knowledgeable and offered great advice on styles that suited my face shape and personal taste. I was very happy with my lenses but also with a newfound confidence in my new eye care office. I recently went in to choose some frames for an upgrade and had an Awesome and comforting experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. The staff was very attentive. Especially my optician, Samara, she was super helpful and very patient with me. She took the time to answer my questions with patience and clarity. She was very honest with me when choosing my frames, which is what we all need when choosing a day to day frame. She made me feel very comfortable and assured I was making a good decision I can’t recommend this place enough.

I had a wonderful experience at Optical Expression! Jacklyn Villalovas, the optician, made selecting frames enjoyable and effortless. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, helping me find the perfect pair of glasses, and Sunglasses. She was even able to fix an old pair of sunglasses with a screw that was missing. She did an amazing job assisting my husband as well. The staff here is always accommodating with scheduling, which makes a huge difference. Dr. Francisco Chacon, O.D., is fantastic—he’s thorough, articulate, and takes the time to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. I really appreciate that they don’t overbook appointments, so there’s no long waiting time. Highly recommend this office!

I recently visited Optical Expressions for an eye exam and contact lenses, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Dr. Ralston was fantastic—she took the time to explain every step of the process, and her professionalism and warmth really stood out. The front desk staff were equally as lovely, welcoming me in and making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and I highly recommend Optical Expressions for anyone in need of eye care.

This office is amazing. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of glasses. The Dr's are very skilled and know there stuff. They spent extra time to make sure my glasses and contacts were perfect. I will not go anywhere else!

It had been awhile since I got my eyes checked so I was kinda nervous but Samara made my experience so effortless. She was extremely helpful with explaining my insurance benefits and making sure I was comfortable with the type of contacts I wanted to buy. She is definitely a huge asset to this office and makes everyone feel cared for.

This was our first time getting glasses from Optical Expressions but it won’t be our last! Everyone was so friendly & wonderful to work with from beginning to end. My youngest child gets new glasses every year & this has been the easiest experience for us. Thank you all so much for making us feel comfortable & getting a great pair of glasses that fit!
