The optometrist was nice. However don't buy glasses from them.

They tried to charge me 50 when I was quoted a free repair or 30$ to replace the frame. They also ruined the frames while doing the "repair." They ended up burning the paint off of the glasses and tried to cover it up with a sharpe. It looks look awful. I got nothing but attitude from the repair guy during our transaction. I Honestly don't want to wear these glasses because of his repair job.

The doctor was also awesome! Very detailed with eye exam and with vision we all know how important it is so thank you for your act of care!!

I had a wonderful experience here. I bought a Groupon for an eye exam and lenses, so all I had to pay for were frames, which were reasonably priced in the first place, but they had discounted them extra.

The exam was quick and easy, they had me choose my frames, make the final payment, and then they said the glasses would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. This was yesterday (Thursday), and I received a call from Bea today saying my glasses were ready!

I went and picked them up and they are perfect. I highly recommend Optical Experts, everyone was wonderful, from the owner, Ernie, to the sales staff, to the optometrist.

Definitely worth your money, as they respect you AND your time. I literally think I spent 30 minutes total in their store for the two days I visited. These guys ROCK!! ?

As polite as they are it still does not help that they over charge for glasses. The only thing good about them is the eye exam. They do not give the papillary distance which is part of your prescription, or contact lens prescription which illegal at the time of your visit. Unfortunately, I didn't learn this until I broke my glasses. If you get your prescription, save some money and buy your glasses online.
