Dr Wong at the Costco Eye Center was wonderful. We went in for a routine eye exam and she was able to detect potential problems with my son’s eye. She was so discerning and also caring as she helped us navigate next steps. Dr Wong and the whole team were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

I've ordered 2 pair of glasses through Costco since 2017, on an annual basis, sadly this is the worst experience I've had. This is my first experience at the Oak St location. There was absolutely no support while looking for frames or fitting. Then to make it even worse they did not order the correct frames when I selected them. Now they will not work with me to correct the errors and I have 2 pairs of glasses that I will absolutely never wear. It's very disheartening to know I've been a member nearly 20 years and this is where we sit. Very sad and disappointed.

I arrived tried on 3 pair of glasses and found the perfect ones I turned around and there was a clerk to handle my transaction. She was thorough and quick. It took maybe 10-12 minutes and only cost $219 when the same glasses cost me over 600 at America's best. They were ready in 3 days.

It was easy to get an appointment here. I called for an appointment and was scheduled for one within a couple of days.

I saw Dr. Melissa Schiffer here. She was great! She was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She dialated my eyes to give me a good retina check after the machine didn't take adequate photos of my retinas.

I did not buy glasses here. I ordered online from Eyebuydirect direct, which turned out to be a HUGE mistake.

I’ve had my eye exam done here and purchased new glasses here a few times. This review is about my last purchase of new sun glasses. Ordering process, flawless. When I picked up my glasses,
I came in, popped the glasses on my face and just made sure I could see out of them. The next day I took a closer look to see that I received previously used frames with just new lenses in it. The frames have buildup and a big scratch on them.

My advise is to be vigilant while checking your glasses when picking them up so you don’t have to show up to Costco 4+ times to get new, clean frames.

They are ordering me new frames from another supplier, the original frames were out of stock….surprise!

Not respectful of your time. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. No updates after 15 minutes of waiting after 30 minutes of waiting I decided to leave.

Always quick to answer my question and replace my glasses that broke due to faulty manufacturing twice. All staff have great customer service, been going to this location 7+ years and always satisfied!
