Optik European Eyewear provided an amazing service for our family. We are travelling from out of town and when the frame broke on our son's glasses, they fixed the glasses in a matter of minutes and were so gracious with their expertise and customer service. We are so grateful for your kindness. We highly recommend this business.

Optik Eyewear is truly a step above every other eyewear place I’ve ever been. I have a difficult prescription and Dr Welter is determined that I get the absolute best vision possible. We are on my 4th trial of contact lenses. Best of all, my new glasses came in today and they are perfect. I haven’t been able to see this good for decades. Neil has been very helpful along this journey. I think he was as happy as I am with the new glasses. The entire office is just a pleasure to work with!

As mentioned in other reviews, fantastic customer service. (I’m old enough to remember when service-providers treated customers like valued clients, not invisible annoyances. Too bad more retailers and medical offices don’t have the same standards as Anja and her team.) More importantly, they also deliver a high-quality product in a timely manner. Worth noting: Optik has a fabulous selection of unusual and fashion-forward frames from Italy, Belgium, France, etc., that I didn’t expect to find in Tampa/St. Petersburg.

Best eyewear choices I’ve ever seen! The selection is absolutely stunning!
Also the doctor is awesome! She helped my mom dial in her very difficult prescription and my mom can now see properly! She’s complained about her eyes for years now and she finally feels like she can see properly!

My view has always been “you deal with professionals for what the KNOW not necessarily what they DO. Enya & Neil know how to handle and solve customers spur of the moment eyeglass problems. I broke my Optik frame I purchased sometime ago.
AND I was flying out in two days for a long stay in Europe. One call to Enya, they had another frame in inventory, I drove in and they popped out my lenses and placed in their “loaner” frame - adjusted and I was out in 10 minutes. AND Enya called my original frames manufacturer and setup a return for a warranty replacement. You simply cannot get this service at any other optical/optician. Period.

Simply the best in the business! Anja is so learned and positive about customer experience, and Neil is a real expert at finding the right fit… both superb Opticians! I’ve purchased many unique eyeglasses from Optik. They have everything from an on-site Optometrist, to stock frames and fantastic custom glasses. Appointment or not, the caring experience starts the moment of first contact. And they’ll even tell you what doesn’t look great. I ONLY buy from Optik!
