Great service from Dianna and her team.
I was on holiday in Orlando and forgot my prescription sunglasses at home, so I needed a quick back up option. Another glasses dealer in the mall gave me the business card of Optical Images so I went there.

In the store, Dianna gave me some good advice, took my prescription and in less than one hour (!) I had a new pair of prescription sunglasses, for a fair price.

I definitely recommend going to this shop when you need new glasses or lenses.

Great experience! I was visiting family in orlando and damaged my contact lenses. With no back up pair nor eyeglasses, and only 1 day into my trip, I was freaking out. I decided to take a huge chance and stop by in hopes that the team here could help. Javier and Dr. Poloncak made the process stress free and were super understanding and kind from start to finish! They had my prescription in stock and were so accommodating to my situation. I am so grateful and highly recommend them for ease of all your eyecare needs. 10/10

I had an issue with my glasses that i purchased there. Someone sat on them broke the line that holds the lens to the frame on a Sunday afternoon, I walked in and Dr. Poloncak fixed them while I waited. I thought I'd have to drop them off, totally blown away by the fast repair.

This has been one of the best experiences with an optometrist in the past few years! I called because I lost my glasses at one of the parks on the first day of my vacation and I was feeling hopeless since I have an unusual prescription and no one had appointments. The receptionist was so kind and friendly, she got me an appointment the very next day and was very welcoming when I arrived. Dr. James’ attention and commitment to provide me with a solution was one of the best parts of my experience. He’s kind and passionate, and even with all the constraints I had, I walked out with contacts and amazing medical advice. I’m forever grateful and would give more stars if I could. Thanks for saving my vacation!
