Picked up a pair of sunglasses from an outside display stand and came inside to purchase. Bill helped me loosen the hinges so they could be folded up easily. He was very sweet and easy to talk to. Loved the service! He fixed up the glasses I wanted, cut the tag, removed the sticker, and cleaned them for me so I could walk out wearing them! He even had a wide variety of colorful microfiber cloths and let me pick one! I had a great time and left feeling happy and seen 🙂

Dr. Houghton is very nice, easy to work with and accommodating. However, the man that owns the place doesn't seem to know what is going on... I feel like he just wants your money. They took my insurance card and ran it for me, but still charged me full price after I was told I would only have to pay like $10-20 after what my insurance covered. He said he would get that figured it out and then proceeded to do nothing. I didn't have time to wait so I had left and then called a few times. He didn't answer the phone. Dr. Houghton was helping me look into what happened with the insurance.. When I finally got a hold of Bill, he said he had a check for me...he gave me a check that was issued to HIM and he signed it and told me, swearing up and down that my bank would take it....uhm...no...so I call him and tell him that my bank won't let me deposit a check with someone else's name on it into my account...he tells me that last time he did this the customer had to make calls and he had to talk to this person blah blah and it "only took a week" for them to get the check deposited... sorry..I don't want to play this game for a WEEK. I don't have time to be calling tons of different people to get money that you owe me... If you are going to run your own business, you should know how to check things for your patients instead of leaving it up to the doctor that is in and out throughout the day - especially when it comes to insurance. I don't have insurance to pay full price...So I'm really frustrated that he is basically getting paid for my lenses twice and can't seem to be bothered to actually help you figure stuff out. After this whole thing, I will never come back here. Sure, he is a nice guy but doesn't seem to know how to run a business at all.

Bill Lund knows his stuff! Great selection and prices. You won't find anybody that will give you an eye exam for less. My glasses broke within the first year and he replaced them at no cost!

I'm from out of town and I needed to get my Raybans fixed as one of the screws came off. Walked-in and Bill was able to fix them right away. He also checked the other screws to make sure they were tight. Cleaned my glasses and also gave me a nice free cleaner cloth. Great service! thank you again.
