Once again, I would like to thank Eyes of Brickell team for their excellent attention and great kindness! Last week, I had an appointment at their office. Estrellita, as always, was very attentive, kind, sweet, and lovely, making us feel so comfortable. In addition, I would like to highlight the attention provided by Armando, who was on his way to his lunch break when I arrived to the appointment. When Armando was notified about the appointment, immediately he stop his lunch break and worked on the glasses. Even though, I mentioned them that I had time to wait, he started working on my glasses. Thank you very much to such a wonderful team! Always always sooo attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely, they provide the best attention and an outstanding customer service! Muchisimas Gracias a tan maravilloso equipo, siempre tan atento, amable, servicial y profesional!

I typically never write reviews, but I went to this office for the first time for contact lenses. I’m new to Brickell and thought I should try somewhere in the neighborhood. I met the doctor, and initially, he was kind and friendly. However, when we went into the exam room, he explained the different options for contact lenses. I told him in confidence that I wanted the most "cost-effective" option. We discussed my options privately in the room. However, when we left the privacy of the room, he reiterated loudly in the waiting area, "If you are looking for the most cost-effective option, get glasses.” Said in what I would describe as a judgmental tone. This led the customers in the waiting area to glare in my direction, and I was filled with embarrassment. This was completely mean and unacceptable because the conversation was had privately in the room. I think there should have been more consideration and discretion. I respectfully will never show my face.
