I absolutely love Dr Sims. She has been my doctor for about 20 years. I have followed her all over, and so happy she landed in her own practice.
Dr Sims is patient, caring, and mostly very knowledgeable about eyes. I don't trust anyone else with my challenging vision!

First time here and from the moment I walked in the front desk greeted me and made me feel welcome. Very different from the big chains when you know as soon as you walk in you're just a number they can upsell to help them make their quota. Great selection of designer frames but a bit pricey. Special thanks to Dr Eshak, Donna and Christine for their friendliness and especially their sense of humor. I look forward to returning!

Dr was very nice, staff was polite however I had my appointment here for myself and my daughter 3 weeks prior to her leaving up north and I was told my glasses should be there in 10 days or less. I had to call a couple of times to inquire about the status because they never contacted me to let me know that there was a delay or that they had gotten in. She left and without her glasses because they were not ready and they never called I had to and then was advised to go and get them. Major lack of communication and very disappointing. My first time here needless to say our last.
