So many lovely selections at an affordable price compared to US! They did free eye exams in store and had a quick turnover rate to get my glasses completed during my travels.

I was worried that I would not be able to stop back as we were going to many cities and they even offered that they could ship back to US at a small cost.

Koichi was helped me to make a great selection and share cool facts about the companies I was looking at!

メガネの調整に関して、残念な思いをしましたので述べさせていただきます。

貴店にてMYKITAのメガネを購入いたしました。

購入時のスタッフには調整や配送の手配など大変丁寧にご対応いただき、感謝しております。

購入したメガネが届いた際、片方のテンプルを閉じると、ヒンジに若干の緩みがあったため、再度貴店を訪れ調整を依頼しました。(この緩み自体は貴店の落ち度によるものだとは思っておりません。)

しかし、その際にご対応いただいたスタッフからは、MYKITAのヒンジの緩みは仕様上のものであり、テンプルを開いた際に緩みがないのであれば、問題はない。それでも調整を希望するのであれば対応するといったことを、困惑したような顔で言われました。

調整は依頼しましたが、結果として緩みは直らず、スタッフからは、やってみたが直らない。かけた時にメガネが落ちてしまうとかであれば分かるが、そうでなければテンプルを閉じた時の緩みは問題ないといったことを再度言われました。

メガネは、かけた時だけではなく、外して畳んで置いた時の美しさも楽しむものだと思っています。それなりの価格で購入しているのだから、他人から見ればちょっとした緩みかもしれませんが私にとっては大きな問題です。

かけた時に問題がなければそれで良いというスタッフの態度に、失望いたしました。

なお、この後MYKITA Shop Tokyoに持ち込んで相談した際には、他店購入のため万が一壊れた時の保証はできないという前提ではありますが、真摯にご対応いただき、緩みを直していただきましたので付け加えさせていただきます。

在這裡尋找眼鏡是很舒服的體驗！店員人很好，回來詢問已經介紹，能用基本英語溝通也可以用手機翻譯來介紹，最後選擇了美麗的眼鏡也做了眼鏡頭型的調整！
最後謝謝店員給予良好的體驗以及服務！

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon and was greeted warmly by the staff even though I am an English speaker.

Koichi helped me pick me out a new pair of beautiful glasses. He was incredibly patient and kind in my search process. I had an idea of what I wanted from their website, but upon trying them, the glasses didn't fit my face very well. He gave some size and color suggestions that would suit me better, all within the style I was searching for. Even though I ended up going with the color I intended to get, I appreciated his sense of aesthetic and opinion as the other pairs of glasses looked good as well!

He was thorough in the eye exam and I never felt the process was rushed.

I was hesitant about the turnaround time for my strong prescription but the turnaround was quick. I have severe astigmatism and farsightedness and was told they would be able to get it done in 5 days. Since we were traveling to other parts in Japan, we picked it up later but it was all ready when we returned.

Pickup was very straightforward and easy. I thank the gentleman who helped me make the adjustments. Needless to say, the service here is excellent!

They have a great selection of beautiful eyewear that I wish I had the time to look through and try.

I highly recommend Eyewear Mebius to locals and visitors alike if you're looking for a unique pair of well-crafted glasses.

I went to many eyewear shops in Tokyo looking for new frames. Eyewear Mebius was the best by far. Great selection and great service. Koichi helped me find a nice pair of frames, gave me an eye exam, and was able to ship my new glasses safely to CA with my new prescription. Highly recommend ?

This is my favorite eyewear store in Japan after visiting over a dozen in my 2 week trip from Osaka to Tokyo. I found this place looking specifically for glasses from Matsuda, a Japanese brand known for their limited quantity, handcrafted, high quality frames with distinctive styles. They've got lots of other brands too, but if you're looking for the same, this place is unrivaled in their selection.

Their service is outstanding too! Fujisaka helped me find the right pair for me, and since they even ship to the US for a very reasonable price, they fit prescription lenses into the frames for me, and I got them just over a week later in NY.

I cannot recommend this place enough, especially as an English only tourist looking for a nice pair of frames.
