I just left Optical Oasis which is a beautiful store with beach sand on the floor and walls full of tropical decorations. I needed my glasses repaired and Julie fixed them without charge even though I had not bought them from her. She was pleasant and patient even though nose piece she had to replace was not being cooperative. I would highly recommended her shop to anyone who needs any kind of optical services, including repairs.

Julie is a spectacular individual who takes special care in listening to what her customers need and want. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Business matters aside, she also has a kind, vibrant, warm and welcoming personality, gifting me an ice water and also giving my partner and I hugs. Her shop’s atmosphere is also super cool, beach themed and smells fantastic. If you need a good pair of shades from an amazing individual, Optical Oasis is the place to go.

What a fantastic experience at Optical Oasis! Not only do they have an amazing selection of unique frames with endless customization but Julie is an absolutely wonderful person who goes out of her way to take care of you. Her customer service is top notch as she really cares about finding you a pair of glasses that fit your life style. I will never shop for glasses anywhere else!

I was visiting family and needed my eyeglasses to be adjusted. They had never quite fit and after inadvertently sitting on them the fit was even worse. My sister had been really pleased with several pair of glasses that she purchased from Julie and suggested that we stop by. It is a small storefront with easy parking; charming with a beach theme—sand on the floor and tropical colors. We walked in the door and within a minutes Julie had adjusted my glasses, cleaned them, and then agreed to do the same to my sunglasses. She was quick, professional and truly skilled. On top of that when I asked how much to pay, she said ‘Oh, I don’t charge for that’! Can’t thank her enough— She is awesome!

Julie is amazing. She cares and knows her stuff. If you want cheaper prices you can go somewhere else but you wont get any service. Julie breaks down the barriers and really cares. These things you cant buy. If you want to wait in line and get no customer service then go to Costco for your glasses. But if you want the personal touch. If you want someone who knows their stuff and will go the extra mile to make you happy then visit Julie. you wont be making a mistake. My mom was not well and was in a nursing fancily. Julie fit her for glasses and had them done on time. Then my mom who was losing her memory didn't remember ordering the glasses and didn't want them. Julie then came to the facility to see here and replaced those glasses for nothing. She took her time and visited my mom and replaced those glasses when she didn't have to. I don't think my Costco would have done that.

Julie is so generous and genuine. I brought in a few pairs of glasses that needed minor adjustments and she helped me right away and finished in under 10 minutes. She helped without asking for anything in return. She thanked me when really I should've been thanking her. Great service.
