Dr.Tetrault at the Alvernon Optical Clinic on North Campbell was wonderful. I went there to get my eyes checked because I was experiencing an increase in blurry vision. He told me that I didn't need new glasses as the RX of my current glasses was almost identical to what I would need. He told me the reason for the increase in blurred vision was the result of my cataracts which I knew that I had but I hadn't realized that they had gotten bad enough to require surgery. Dr. Tetrault referred me to an eye surgeon. I so appreciated his frank and honest evaluation of my vision issue.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Cecilia, Tracy, and the wonderful tech who did the pre-exam testing (I really wish I could remember her name) are top notch. Dr. Tetrault has decades of experience, and I appreciate the ease with which he completed the exam.

This was a very positive experience every step of the process, from scheduling to wait times (minimal if any). Great communication and great staff make this a go-to not only for me, but now for family members as well.

Dr. Tetrault took his time with me and answered all my questions. He was thorough and friendly. The staff were kind and professional. I did not experience any high pressure sales. The optician took her time with me and allowed ME to make the choices without any pressure. I was so pleased, I had my wife go to the location on Campbell Ave., and she was pleased as well.
